I am aware that one of the main concerns about working with a Virtual Assistant is security and data protection.

I comply with the Data Protection Act and I am registered under the Money Laundry Regulation.

I don’t store my client’s files on my computer, but all data I work with is cloud backed-up. Most of the programs available on the market can be hosted on the cloud, granting easy remote access from anywhere and maximizing security in terms of data protection and loss of information.

I use Passpack to protect my clients’ passwords. Passpack is a highly secure way to manage and organize passwords. Passpack is built on AES-256 Encryption and Host Proof Hosting, ensuring that sensitive data is never accessible to anyone but the account holder.

I use webmail services to manage and organise my clients' Inboxes and all documents are saved online on clouds such as OneDrive, GoogleDrive, DropBox or KnowHow.

I am an accredited member of the UK Association of Virtual Assistants and all tasks are insured up to the value of £250,000 by PolicyBee (Hiscox Insurance).
